My name is Brian McNeely and I’ve been a head coach and recruiting coordinator at the collegiate level for almost 25 years.

Just a few short weeks ago I was breaking down film trying to find a way to beat Penn State, Michigan, Ohio State, and the rest of the Big Ten as the Assistant Head Coach at Indiana.

The recruiting process has been a major part of my life… as recently as January of this year, I was recruiting against Miami, LSU, Michigan and Tennessee. I’ve recruited in over 45 states and have signed over 50 players who went to the NFL and CFL.

But one thing always bugged me about the recruiting process.

Throughout my years of college coaching— including stops in the Big 10, Big 12 (at Colorado when the Buffs won the Big 12 Championship, played in the Fiesta Bowl and were ranked as high as No. 3 in the country) and as Head Coach at Idaho State in the Big Sky— it has become really obvious to me that high school prospects need someone to help them in the recruiting process.
